Five years ago I stopped sharing here due to an onslaught of verbal attacks. The perpetrator was using this platform to gain access so I decided if I stopped sharing the abuse would cease. It didn’t. Comments kept rolling in questioning my character, criticising my appearance, and attacking every opportunity God led me to.

Stepping away gave me a new perspective. I found myself spending hours in prayer and warfare worship, crying out to God for relief and clarity. God provided both. I discovered not only who God created me to be but why the attacks were so intense.

When the enemy is scared of what we carry and who we belong to, he gets very loud. His goal is to take out our voice. To cut off our influence. When he succeeds, our impact is severed.

What the enemy didn’t account for was the fire that was lit as a result of the onslaught. Fire refines. Fire purifies. Fire spreads when the breath of God blows!

So here I am. A new chapter. A clear purpose. A child of God ready to share my story to lead others to FREEDOM!
