As I was taking in the beauty and majesty of a lighting storm last night, I was completely in awe of the things that were revealed as light illuminated the sky. It is a perfect picture of His word. In order to find His treasures and promises, we have to know them for ourselves. This requires spending time in that secret place with Him, where He will fill our hearts with His love and illuminate the darkness within us so that we can find true healing and transformation.
