Have you ever stopped to think about what fear really is? There is a healthy fear and an unhealthy fear. One keeps us from harm while the other can paralyze us. The Bible is very clear that we are to trust in God when fear creeps in. I know in my life, Satan does a very good job at trying to convince me that my fears are real. But God keeps reminding me that fear is simply this:

It is a daily challenge to let go of those fears and place all my trust in Jesus, especially when what I see appears to be life altering. But God is all knowing. He has never let me down and always protects so I choose to stop living in fear when the enemy attempts to trip me up with his lies and empty threats and trust my Father in Heaven!
